Pet Groomer

Full service veterinary clinic seeks exceptional Pet Stylist with 1-3+ years of experience. Grooming Salon or Veterinary Clinic experience desired.  Pet Groomer certificate or higher preferred – scissoring skills a must!  We serve a large grooming clientele with clients who pre-book appointments for the year. 

 

Candidate will be expected to perform grooming services such as, but not limited to:


• Bathing, Brush out and de-matting

• Specified breed cuts as designated by the client

• Shave down & Neaten trims

• 1st puppy cuts

• Feline grooming

Assistant Pet Stylist

Plymouth Grooming is seeking an Assistant Pet Stylist to help with essential day to day operations of the groom site associated with Plymouth Veterinary Clinic.

 

Candidate will be expected to perform Assistant Grooming services such as, but not limited to:

 

 

  • Bathing, brushing, & drying of all breeds & demeanors of dogs.

  • Become proficient in nail trims

  • Handling of pets, Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs – able to stand/work on feet for long periods of time.

  • Effectively communicate with staff & clients both in person and over the phone – basic office skills desired

  • Maintain accurate records & charges in practice management software as indicated by Senior Pet Stylist.

  • Responsible for ensuring pets are walked & cleaned up after during their spaw day

  • Assist in dismissing of pets to owners

  • Maintaining & assisting a clean/sanitary/organized salon by offering continued hair removal, cleaning of bathing suite, laundry, sweeping and mopping the salon.

 

Full (32-40hrs) & Part time (less than 30 hrs) available.

HS Diploma or equivalent – or be actively pursuing your High School Diploma.

Minimum of 1 Saturday a month is required. Ideal shift length 7am-5pm (flexible options available)

Customer Service Representative

Full service veterinary clinic seeks Full Time CSR! Candidate will be expected to perform essential functions such as, but not limited to:


 

• Strong Communication Skills; both verbally & written

• Superior telephone skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone line

• Excellent interpersonal skills; being attentive to clients & pet needs

• General computer & data entry; Avimark experience a plus

• Schedule appointments, procedures, manage check-in’s & discharge of clients

• Process payment transactions, monitor client flow, maintain proper documentation in the electronic medical record

Patient Care Assistant Wanted

We are searching for individuals who are dedicated, hands on, reliable, and passionate about providing the best care possible, in a fun and fast paced environment. Job description includes but not limited to working in our kennel environment along with helping in our treatment area as an assistant.


 

Scheduled shifts vary from:

6:00AM-1:00PM & 1:00PM-6:30PMMonday-Friday

6:00AM-1:00PM and 5:00PM-7:00PM Saturday

7:00AM-10:00AM and 5:00PM-7:00PM Sunday

All PCA’s are required to work some weekends.
