Employee Promise Project
Our role as a Patient Care Assistant allows us to be the frontline caretaker of your pet and we promise to keep them as comfortable away from home as possible by giving them our undivided attention and care for each of them like they are our own.
The PVC Technician Team vows to provide you and your pet with the upmost care and compassion, ensuring that your pet is safe, comfortable, loved and treated like our own at each visit.
The Customer Service Team promises to respect, understand, and value our clients - taking the time to listen and be compassionate through all highs and lows of your pet's life. We will resolve problems as quickly as possible, be open-minded, honest, and resolve concerns so that we can provide the best customer service and be a comforting voice and face.
